I have had very bad experience with webhostingpad.com hosting services. I had a website hosted with their server in last 3 months and all I can say is: 3 months of downtime!! I moved my site to another host (http://bluehost.com) and everything seems fine so far. The problem is that I called them to cancel the account and asked for refund but they refused to refund me my money. Last night I called them to cancel the service again, and they said “We offer 30 Day money-back guarantee and if this period has passed, you cannot ask for refund.”

Can anyone here please tell me if this is normal/legal?
